MicroBanker Nepal is a registered
company based in Kathmandu for computer software services. It is the only authorized
distributor of United Nations (FAO) MicroBanking software in Nepal.
FAO MicroBanking Computer software is an authentic banking software. It has been
successfully used
by more than 1200 institutions like commercial banks, rural banks, co-operatives, finance
companies and development banks in many countries. Main user countries are Nepal, Congo,
Jamaica, Kenya, Uganda, Lithuania, Malawi, Maldives, Russia, Latvia, Croatia, Mexico, Sri
Lanka, Philippines, Swaziland, Thailand, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Bhutan.
MicroBanker Nepal has developed NRTE (Nepal Run Time Edition) based on latest development
of
FAO MicroBanking System. It has been developed and modified as per Nepalese operation and
requirement with additional features of Nepal Rastra Bank reporting, Nepalese calendar
etc. The company has installed the Micro Banking System in 11 finance companies in Nepal.
The MicroBanker system has general ledger system that can either run independently or
integrated with the client application module like Deposit, loans etc.The system
facilitates with client signature verification
Besides, the banking system
MicroBanker Nepal has also developed and installed many other
software for Nepalese institutions . The applications are mainly for general accounting,
inventory, payroll, personnel management, share issue management, share transfer
maintenance & accounting etc.

MicroBanker Nepal is also responsible in the development of the new
windows Version GTZ/FAO

FAO MicroBanking System (NRTE Version) was conducted on the 29th of Nov 1999.

The Second NRTE (Nepal Run Time Edition) Training Course was conducted from 4 - 9 September, 2000 in Kathmandu, Nepal.
